DevMP - Développement Logiciel Générique pour la Modélisation des Plantes

(DevMP est le thème 14 d'AMAP pour le quadriennal 2015-2019, rattaché à l'Axe Modélisation et au champ transerval MAIA)

Pour le contrat quinquénnal 2015-2019, AMAP est organisé en 3 équipes : Individu, Taxon et Communauté, un champ transversal MAIA (Mathématique et Informatique Appliquée) et 15 thèmes scientifiques, ces derniers étant la maille de l'animation scientifique. Cette page est celle du thème 14 - DevMP, hébergée sur le site AMAPstudio par commodité.

Objectif : Développer des logiciels de recherche fédérateurs pour répondre efficacement aux demandes des chercheurs dans le domaine de la modélisation des plantes en mettant en œuvre des approches plus génériques dans un contexte de mutualisation et d'intégration.
