======DigR ======

** DigR ** is a generic architectural root-system model, including growth and development.
It is a pure structural model, which describes whole root-systems architecture at simple organ's level (root). Its simulation software architecture makes it ready to host functional knowledge that may influence the default growth process.\\

It is hosted in the [[soft:xplo:|Xplo]] environment where you have a nice user interface to input parameter values and natively check the simulation output. It is also a standalone in the [[soft:vitis:|Vitis]] environment to run heavy computing or to combine it with the [[soft:amapsim:|AmapSim]] shoot part into the [[soft:rococau:|RoCoCau]] model.\\
